Sandbox API is live — partners can now integrate without touching prod

We shipped a full sandbox environment at /api/v1/sandbox so partners and integrators can build against CMR without ever hitting real orders, real domains, or real money.

What is in it:

• A complete mirror of the partner API surface, isolated from production
• Pre-baked scenario endpoints that let integrators trigger the interesting edge cases (order success, order failure, webhook retries, etc.) on demand
• A separate webhook setup so partners can point sandbox events wherever they want — no need to share the destination they use for prod
• A dev partner stub so anyone can start locally without going through onboarding first
• Dev-friendly defaults across the board: sensible test data, forgiving validation, no prod credentials required
