Partner Backup Payment Card

You can now add a backup payment card to your wallet.

When auto-recharge fails on your primary card, the system automatically retries up to 6 times before falling over to your backup card for 2 more attempts — giving you a full 8-attempt safety net before auto-recharge is paused.

How it works

  • Add a backup card from the Wallet settings via a secure Stripe checkout flow.
  • If your primary card exhausts all retries, the backup card takes over automatically — no manual action needed.
  • Wallet details now surface whether a backup card is set up, along with its brand and last 4 digits.
  • Once both cards are exhausted, auto-recharge is paused and you receive a Slack alert (if configured).
  • Remove your backup card at any time from Wallet settings.
